Installed Xamarin on a new windows 8.1 system, and neither the SDK Manager nor the AVD Manager open (and no errors or dialog screens). Works fine on another win 7 machine of mine. Funny thing is, I can open existing projects and even deploy and debug via usb debugging, but can't launch the emulator manager, from either Xamarin Studio or VS.
